LGR Pro Shop Sales Representative
General Description / Purpose:
-
Assist in opening & closing of range.
-
Positively greet customers and ensure they are properly checked in using various computer programs, Point of Sale systems, and apps.

Check-in public patrons and members following our standard operating procedures.

Answer phone calls and possess the knowledge and ability to answer range-specific questions.

Ensure range safety video has been completed and all patrons and visitors have filled out liability waivers.

Understand our products and ensure all patrons have the required safety gear before being admitted to the range.

Have a general knowledge of firearms, operation, laws, and safety procedures (this can be taught and learned during training).

Knowledge and ability to utilize our Point of Sale System, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Excel.

Identify patrons creating potentially hazardous conditions and swiftly communicate with management about any behavior that could result in a safety violation.

Ensure the inventory is stocked and inform the administration when to reorder; Assist in restocking ProShop inventory.

Maintained cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and facilities.

Other duties as assigned by management or administration.

Work Schedule/Availability:

CURRENTLY SEEKING Weekend Pro Shop | Saturday - Sunday: To be available for shifts within our normal business hours: 7:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.​ Must be available for 3 weekends per month.
Job type:

Part-time, estimated at less than 30 hours per week.

The minimum requirement is four 8-hour shifts per month.

Self-motivated & able to multitask.

Basic public speaking skills & good verbal/written communication.

Approachable with excellent Customer Service and organizational skills.

Must be alert, sharp, decisive, and tactful with communication.

Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.

A high degree of discretion in dealing with confidential information.

Military and/or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Previous retail/sales experience preferred.
-
California/DOJ Certificate of Eligibility required. It may be obtained during the hiring process.

Livescan required.

Physical Job Requirements:

Stand and perform job functions for an entire shift.

Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Visual acuity corrected to perform job functions. Ability to distinguish color to perform job functions.

Ability to hear & respond appropriately to facilitate commands and communicate with patrons in the office.
