One-Step-Prep:
Complete the LGR Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

All visitors must complete our new LGR Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement prior to arriving at the range. The waiver includes our Range Safety Video, so everything is completed in one step.

Why do we require the Safety Video? >

Once submitted:

  1. A profile will be automatically pre-built for you in our system

  2. Your information will be ready for check-in

  3. Simply let our staff know you’ve completed the online waiver

Important:

  • There is a section within the waiver that outlines rules for 200-yard range use.

    • If you are not yet qualifying for the 200-yard range, you may skip that section.

    • Once you are signed off and qualified for 200-yard access, we will review those rules together and update your file at that time.

It is a simple one-step process to get you range-ready.

Why?

Why We Require the LGR Range Safety Briefing Video

At Linden Gun Range, safety is the foundation of everything we do. That's why we require all shooters to watch our LGR Range Safety Briefing video before heading out to the line. This isn’t just a formality; it’s a key part of creating a safer, more enjoyable environment for everyone who steps onto our range.

Requiring the video helps reduce the time our Pro Shop Representatives spend reading off the same list of rules and procedures to each individual. Instead, you get to review the information at your own pace in a clear, consistent format. More importantly, it gives our Range Safety Officers (RSOs) added peace of mind knowing that everyone—from beginners to long-time shooters—is working from the same safety standard.

It’s easy to assume that if you've been to multiple other ranges, been shooting since you were little, you’re a veteran, law enforcement officer, or a CCW holder, you already know all the rules. And while your background is valued and appreciated, the reality is that range rules vary from place to place. In fact, many CCW holders only fire their handguns once every two years for requalification, so we would like to say this next part with a smile: it never hurts to brush up.

The video also serves as a reminder to respect our facility, equipment, and the people around you, and gives a quick overview of our services and experiences. Our goal is to ensure that everyone on the line has seen and understood the exact expectations, helping create a more seamless, respectful shooting environment.

Even with the video, we still find that some folks need a few friendly “safety nudges” here and there—and that’s totally fine. This process exists for you—so you can spend less time worrying about what to do and more time enjoying your time at the range.

Safety isn’t just a rule—it’s a shared responsibility. This video is one of the simplest ways we can all do our part.
