LGR Ladies Shooting Club FAQ's

 

IF I ATTEND AND COMPLETE A LEVEL I EVENT, CAN I RETAKE THAT EVENT BEOFRE MOVING ON TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

Absoluetly! You can take any event offered as many times as you would like, as long as you have participated in all the prerequisites for that event being offered.

 

CAN I BRING MY BOYFRIEND, DAD OR HUSBAND?

This club is for ladies only. However, if they decide to come along for the ride, they will be allowed to remain on site, In the parking lot with their vehicle or on our benches provided away from the firing line. We ask that they stay in those designated areas until the end of the event.

 

CAN MY SIGNIFICANT OTHER SHOOT WHILE I'M PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT?

Unfortunately, no. We will not have a certified Range Safety Officer on site to watch over the other ranges while the event is taking place. it also makes for a distraction during the course of the event. In the future, we are hoping to open a special "event" for all LGR Ladies Shooting Club members to do an evening "OPEN Pistol Shoot" where they can invite one other, male included, to practice what they have learned so far.

 

THE SUN IS GOING TO START SETTING EARLY, ARE YOU STILL GOING TO HAVE THE NIGHT EVENTS?

Yes, we currently have lighting on the ranges that the events are held on.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT IS RAINING ON THE DAY I RESERVED MY EVENT?

We will carry on with the course. LGR Ladies Shooting Club will take those opportunities to meet in a classroom setting to disscuss firearms related topics, as well as learning how to disassemble, clean, and reassemble you firearms.

 

DO YOU SELL ANY SUPPLIES OR AMMO?

YES.  The range office stocks the following items:

• Eye / ear protection

• Chamber flags

• Paper targets (sighting, precision, zombies, etc.)

• Rifle rests / sandbags (rental)

• Spotting scopes (rental)

• Ammunition (multiple calibers)
